Sure! In EXPAI, we know that many companies handle sensitive data that cannot be uploaded to the cloud. Therefore, we are developing an On Premise solution that will allow you to install EXPAI on your infrastructure and work offline.

In EXPAI, we implement state-of-the-art methods for Artificial Intelligence explanation. All the details about our available explanations can be found in our documentation site.

Payment and subscription

Currently we are offering a free trial for everyone. Book a demo and start using the platform. If you like it, when you finish your free trial our team will let you know how to proceed to payment.

Currently, both Credit/Debit Card and SEPA are available in our checkout page.

EXPAI has low prices since we don’t include extra useless features. Just pay for what you need. We have a fixed pricing for everyone. Contact our sales team at [email protected] and we will let you know which plan fits best your current necessities.  

No. EXPAI is committed to flexibility and transparency. Therefore, you will pay monthly for the service you need and you can cancel anytime.

No. Our free trial is completely free and doesn’t require any further commitment. Try our platform and decide whether it is useful for your company.

Upgrading your subscription is really easy. You just need to write an email to [email protected] explaining your new requirements and our team will immediately upgrade your plan.

We hope you don’t get to this point. However, if you decided to leave the EXPAI Community, you just need to send an email to [email protected] to cancel your subscription. You need to cancel, at least, 5 days before the start of the new month. Otherwise, it will be charged.
